Territories of settlement category "B" include areas where large-scale investment projects are implemented, requiring mass recruitment of migrants due to the absence of an adequate labor supply on the local labor market. Subjects of the Russian Federation containing these territories are characterized by a positive dynamic of socio-economic development exceeding national average indicators and migration load below the national level. Migrants in these territories are provided with state guarantees and social support envisaged for participants
of the State Program and its family members, excluding the monthly allowance paid in the absence of income from labor, entrepreneurial, and other activities not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation
