Artificial Islands
1. For the purposes of this Federal law, artificial islands are understood as objects (artificially constructed structures) permanently anchored in accordance with project documentation for their creation at their location within internal waters, in the territorial waters of the Russian Federation, having accreted, embankment, piling and/or other non-floating support bases protruding above the water surface at maximum tide. artificial islands - stationary objects (artificially constructed structures) permanently fixed in accordance with project documentation for their creation at their location within the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation, having accreted, embankment, piling, and/or other non-floating support bases protruding above the water surface at maximum tide; artificial islands - stationary-fixed objects (artificially constructed structures) located at their place of location on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation in accordance with project documentation for their creation, having dredged, fill, pile, and/or other non-floating support foundations protruding above the water surface during maximum tide;
