Unified Customs Territory


1. The unified customs territory of the Customs Union (hereinafter - the customs territory of the Customs Union) consists of the territories of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, as well as artificial islands, installations, structures and other objects located outside the territories of the member states of the Customs Union, in respect of which the member states of the Customs Union have exclusive jurisdiction

2) single customs territory - a territory consisting of the customs territories of the Parties, with respect to which the Parties have established the Common Customs Tariff, apply uniform non-tariff regulation measures, unified customs rules are in force, unity of customs service management is ensured, and customs control at the internal customs border has been abolished;
