The State Information System of Automated Information and Analytical Support for the Exercise of Powers in the Field of Urban Planning Activities - is created and operated to ensure the performance of powers provided by legislation on urban planning activities by executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation - the cities of federal significance, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Sevastopol, in accordance with the law of the subject of the Russian Federation - the city of federal significance, Moscow, Saint Petersburg or Sevastopol, and normative legal acts adopted in accordance therewith by the highest executive body of state authority2.
