Comprehensive Territorial Development Initiated by the Local Self-Government Body

Comprehensive development of the territory at the initiative of the local self-government body includes preparation of documentation for land planning, formation of land plots within the boundaries of this territory, placement on land plots within the boundaries of this territory of capital construction objects of residential, industrial, public and other purposes, as well as necessary for the operation of such objects and ensuring the livelihoods of citizens utility, transport and social infrastructure objects in accordance with the land planning documentation¹.
