Guarantee Compensation
Guarantee compensation — a monetary amount to be paid to the insurer from the pension savings guarantee fund under mandatory pension insurance in cases and procedures provided for by this Federal law (ceased to be in force as of 2019-10-16)1;
Guarantee compensation — guarantee compensation in the amount of the difference between the actual size of pension savings funds recorded in the special part of the individual account or on the accumulation pension account of the insured person, as of the date from which the insured person is entitled to receive an accumulation pension payment and (or) a deferred pension payment or a lump-sum payment of pension savings funds, and the guaranteed amounts by the Agency for the insured person as of that date2.
Guaranteed compensation — guaranteed compensation in the amount of the difference between the actual size of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation's reserve for mandatory pension insurance as of the date of application for guaranteed compensation and the minimum reserve size of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation established by the Government of the Russian Federation (ceased to be in force on 2019-10-16)3.
