Resolution on the Issuance of Securities
10.1. A placement decision of securities means one of the following decisions:
a decision to establish a credit institution through establishment or reorganization;
a decision to increase the charter capital by issuing additional shares;
a decision to increase the charter capital by increasing the nominal value of shares;
a decision to place securities by converting other types, categories (other kinds) of convertible securities into them;
a decision to reduce the charter capital by reducing the nominal value of shares;
a decision to make changes to the charter of the credit institution - issuer relating to rights provided with respect to these type of preferred shares;
a decision on consolidation of shares;
a decision on splitting of shares;
a decision to place bonds;
a decision to place options of the credit institution - issuer
