Direction
Direction — in the direction issued by the political party that registered the federal candidate list, by the candidate registered in the corresponding single-mandate electoral district, or by their authorized representative, by a public oversight subject who appointed this observer. The direction shall indicate the observer's surname, name and patronymic, his residential address, the number of the polling station, the name of the election commission to which he is being sent, and a note that there are no restrictions provided for in paragraph 2 of this article. Providing any additional information about the observer, as well as, in the case of an observer being sent by a candidate or their authorized representative, affixing a seal is not required (ceased to be in force from May 29, 2019)1.
