Out-of-Process Communication


Out-of-proceedings communication — information regarding out-of-proceedings communications from state bodies, local self-government bodies, other bodies, organizations, officials, or citizens addressed to judges handling criminal cases under their jurisdiction, or to the court chairman, his deputy, the chairman of the judicial panel, or the chairman of the criminal case department of the court handling the case1.
