Avoiding undergoing diagnostic procedures, preventive measures, treatment for drug addiction and (or) medical and (or) social rehabilitation in connection with the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription or new potentially hazardous psychoactive substances — a person is considered to be avoiding undergoing diagnostic procedures, preventive measures, treatment for drug addiction and (or) medical and (or) social rehabilitation in connection with the use of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a doctor's prescription or new potentially hazardous psychoactive substances if they do not attend or have left on their own accord a medical institution or a social rehabilitation facility or have failed to comply with the instructions of the treating physician more than twice1.
