Service tenure (length of service) in enforcement agencies
Service tenure (length of service) in enforcement agencies is calculated in accordance with the procedures established by this Federal Law, other federal laws, normative legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation, and normative legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, for the purposes of granting a pension for length of service, monthly allowance to the monthly monetary compensation based on service tenure (length of service) (hereinafter - allowance for length of service), payment of a one-time grant upon an employee's dismissal, provision of additional leave for service tenure (length of service) in enforcement agencies, provision of other social guarantees, awards, and nomination for state awards of the Russian Federation and departmental distinctions1.
