Valuable Air Cargo
Valuable cargo is cargo whose actual value amounts to 900 rubles or more per kilogram, or which contains gold in coins, bars, or powder, platinum, silver, other precious metals, precious or semi-precious stones including industrial diamonds, currency in banknotes or coins, shares, bonds, coupons, unused postage stamps and other securities, as well as jewelry transported under special conditions established by the carrier
