Inheritance Agreement
A testamentary agreement is an agreement whose terms determine the circle of heirs and the order of transfer of rights to the deceased's property after his death to the parties to the agreement who survive the testator or to third parties who may be called upon to inherit (testamentary agreement). A testamentary agreement may also contain a condition regarding an executor and impose on the persons participating in the testamentary agreement who may be called upon to inherit, an obligation to perform certain actions not contrary to law of either an economic or non-economic nature, including the performance of legacy dispositions or legacy burdens1.
