Level of Response
The level of response is the state of readiness of management bodies and forces of the unified state system for emergency situation prevention and elimination to eliminate an emergency situation, requiring from the federal executive authorities, the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, and organizations to take additional measures to protect the population and territories from the emergency situation depending on the classification of emergency situations and the nature of their development1.
