A group of organizations - an organization (other organizations) engaged in (engaging in) the production of ethanol, and (or) a direct share (shares) in the charter (contribution) capital (fund) of another organization (other organizations) engaged in (engaging in) the production of ethanol, amounts to (amounts) more than 70 percent and the total production capacity of the main technological equipment for producing ethanol of these organizations is not less than 20 million deciliters per year1.
