Fruit alcoholic beverage — alcoholic product with a volume share of ethyl alcohol not exceeding 22 percent of the finished product, saturated or unsaturated with carbon dioxide, containing at least 50 percent of the finished product in fruit fermented materials, with or without the addition of rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw materials, and (or) fruit spirit, and (or) fruit distillate, with or without the addition of sugar-containing products, natural food flavorings, extracts of individual parts of plants or their distillates, plant-based food colorants, and water1.
