Corporate conflict
The realization by the company of entrepreneurial activities, successful resolution of tasks and achievement of objectives set for the company at its establishment are possible only if there are conditions in place within the company to prevent and resolve corporate conflicts - conflicts between the company's organs and its shareholders, as well as between shareholders, if such a conflict affects the interests of the company

Corporate conflict - any disagreement or dispute between the management bodies of the company and its shareholder (participant), arising from the participation of the shareholder (participant) in the company, regarding the proper fulfillment of requirements of corporate legislation and internal documents of the company, or disagreements or disputes between shareholders (participants), if they affect the interests of the company, its shareholders (participants)
