Operational obligations — with regard to the property referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, they should include the maximum period of supply termination to consumers and subscribers of the relevant goods and services, as well as the permissible volume of non-supply of the relevant goods and services; exceeding these limits constitutes a material breach of the operational obligation by the owner and (or) lawful holder of the property referred to in paragraph 1 of this article (ceased to be effective from 2019-03-06)1.
