Permit for Conducting Marine Scientific Research
Permission to conduct marine scientific research is issued to a Russian applicant either on the basis of inclusion of the declared marine scientific research in the annual plan for conducting marine scientific research, or exceptionally. The form, content and procedure for consideration of this plan, as well as the exceptional procedure for issuing permission to a Russian applicant to conduct marine scientific research, are determined by the rules specified in paragraph 5 of article 25 of this Federal law1.
