Participants of the banking group
1.6. For the purposes of applying this Regulation, participants of a banking (consolidated) group (hereinafter referred to as "participants") mean all legal entities (residents and non-residents) in relation to which the head credit institution directly or indirectly (through a third party) exerts significant influence on decisions made by the management bodies of such legal entities
