6) residents:
a) physical persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation, excluding citizens of the Russian Federation who have been permanently residing in a foreign state for at least one year, including those holding a residence permit issued by an authorized state body of the corresponding foreign state, or temporarily residing in a foreign state for at least one year on the basis of a work visa or student visa with a validity period of not less than one year, or on the basis of a combination of such visas with a total validity period of not less than one year;
b) persons permanently residing in the Russian Federation on the basis of a residence permit residence as provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons;
b) legal entities established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
c) branches, representations, and other subdivisions of residents specified in subpoint "b" of this paragraph located outside the territory of the Russian Federation;
d) diplomatic missions, consular institutions of the Russian Federation, and other official representations of the Russian Federation located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as permanent missions of the Russian Federation at interstate or intergovernmental organizations;
e) the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal formations that act in relations regulated by this Federal law and other federal laws and other normative legal acts adopted in accordance with it;
