Significant influence
Substantial influence within the meaning of this Federal Law shall be understood as the possibility to determine decisions made by the management bodies of a legal entity, conditions for conducting its business activities due to participation in its charter capital and (or) in accordance with the terms of an agreement concluded between legal entities belonging to a banking group and (or) to a banking holding, appointing a sole executive body and (or) more than half of the members of a collegial executive body of a legal entity, as well as the possibility to determine the election of more than half of the members of the board of directors (supervisory board) of a legal entity
