State Borrowings of the Russian Federation

Federal government borrowings of the Russian Federation - federal government loans carried out by issuing federal securities in the name of the Russian Federation, and loans attracted from other budgets of the Russian Federation budget system, credit institutions, foreign states, including targeted foreign loans (borrowings), international financial organizations, other subjects of international law, foreign legal entities, with respect to which liabilities arise obligations of the Russian Federation1.
