Technological Means
Technological means — a substance or material or their derivative (excluding equipment, utensils and packaging materials), which are used in the production of raw materials, fruit and vegetable juice products for specific technological purposes and after achieving these purposes are removed from such raw materials, such juice products, or residual amounts thereof do not exert any technological effect on the finished product1.
