Soft margarine
Soft margarine - margarine having a plastic soft consistency at a temperature of 10 ± 2 degrees Celsius, containing no more than 8 percent by mass fraction of trans isomers of oleic acid in the fat extracted from the product (calculated as methyl elaidate)1.
