Rendered mixture
Rendered fat mixture - products with a fat mass fraction of not less than 99 percent, manufactured by mixing melted dairy fat heated to the temperature of complete melting, and (or) cream, and (or) butter and natural and (or) modified vegetable oils or only from natural and (or) modified vegetable oils or by applying other technological methods, containing no more than 8 percent weight fraction of trans isomers of oleic acid in the fat extracted from the product (calculated as methyl elaidate)1;
