Concentrated or condensed whole milk
Concentrated or thickened whole milk - a concentrated or thickened dairy product, in which the mass fraction of dry matter of milk is not less than 25 percent, the mass fraction of protein in the dried fat-free substances of milk is not less than 34 percent and the mass fraction of fat is not less than 7 percent1.
