Concentrated or evaporated skimmed milk
Concentrated or evaporated skimmed milk - a concentrated or evaporated dairy product, in which the mass fraction of dry matter of milk is not less than 20 percent, the mass fraction of protein in the dry skimmed substances of milk is not less than 34 percent and the mass fraction of fat is no more than 1.5 percent1.
