Processing outside the customs territory
1. Processing outside the customs territory — a customs procedure under which goods of the customs union are exported from the customs territory of the customs union with the aim of carrying out processing operations outside the customs territory of the customs union within established time limits, with full conditional exemption from payment of export customs duties and without application of non-tariff regulation measures, followed by importation of processed products into the customs territory of the customs union
