Departmental security of a subject of the fuel and energy complex
Subject-specific security of the fuel and energy complex - subject-specific security established by a subject of the fuel and energy complex specified in Article 9.1 of this Federal law (hereinafter also referred to as subject-specific security of the fuel and energy complex)1.
Subject-specific security of the fuel and energy complex - with respect to an object assigned the medium risk category - units and (or) organizations of the National Guard, subject-specific security of the fuel and energy complex, private security organization of the fuel and energy complex or a private security organization that meets special requirements for private security organizations established by the Government of the Russian Federation2.
