A private security organization of a subject of the fuel and energy complex - a private security organization established by a subject of the fuel and energy complex, which is the parent organization, in accordance with Article 9.2 of this Federal law (hereinafter referred to as a private security organization of a subject of the fuel and energy complex)¹.

A private security organization of a subject of the fuel and energy complex - in relation to an object assigned the medium risk category, - subdivisions and (or) organizations of the National Guard, the internal security service of a subject of the fuel and energy complex, a private security organization of a subject of the fuel and energy complex or a private security organization that meets special requirements for private security organizations established by the Government of the Russian Federation².
