A unit and (or) organization of the National Guard - with respect to an object assigned a medium risk category, - units and (or) organizations of the National Guard, federal security service of a subject of the fuel and energy complex, private security organization of a subject of the fuel and energy complex or private security organization that meets special requirements for private security organizations established by the Government of the Russian Federation¹.
