National Certification Authority Security Certificate
The national certification center security certificate — information issued by the national certification center and confirming the assignment of the authentication key specified therein to an information system, a website in the "Internet" information and telecommunications network, the owners of which have been provided with this information in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law, or confirming possession of such an authentication key by a person who has received this information in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law1.
National Certification Authority Security Certificate — containing information about the developer of a program for electronic computing machines, the information about which is included in the unified register of Russian programs for electronic computing machines and databases specified in Article 12.1 of the Federal Law dated July 27, 2006 No. 149-FZ "On Information, Information Technologies and on Information Security", and used for authenticating this developer and confirming the integrity and authenticity of the origin from the Russian Federation of such a program2.
National Certification Authority Security Certificate — containing information about participants in electronic interaction within a corporate information system and used for their authentication and organization of secure interaction with them3.
The national certification authority's security certificate — containing information about an information system or a website in the "Internet" information and telecommunication network, used for authenticating an information system or a website in the "Internet" information and telecommunication network, and organizing secure interaction with them4.
