Misalignment of a candidate for the position of deputy head of the executive body of a credit institution or a member of the collegial executive body of a credit institution - is understood as non-compliance of such a candidate with the qualification requirements specified in the first sentence of this paragraph, or absence in the candidate of higher education and experience in managing an organization whose primary activity is activities in the field of information technology, experience in managing a structural unit of such an organization related to carrying out activities in the field of information technology, experience in managing a structural unit of an organization related to personnel management, for not less than two years1.
