Exercise of the candidate's functions for a period of 12 months

Performance of functions by the candidate during 12 months - performance of functions (regardless of the period during which the candidate performed them) of a sole executive body, its deputy, member of a collegial executive body, chief accountant or deputy chief accountant of a financial organization, head or chief accountant of a branch of a financial organization, head of the risk management department, internal auditor (head of the internal audit department), controller (head of the internal control department), special official responsible for implementation of internal control rules in a financial organizations for the purposes of combating the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from criminal activities, financing terrorism, extremist activities and financing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, or a member of the board of directors (supervisory board) of a financial organization within 12 months preceding the date on which the Central Bank of Russia adopts a decision to implement measures to prevent the bankruptcy of the financial organization (excluding the implementation of such measures in relation to credit organizations with the participation of the Central Bank of Russia or the state corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency")¹.
