Persons residing on legal grounds - in the context of the Russian Federation - citizens of the Republic of Korea who have been issued a residence permit, a temporary stay permit in the Russian Federation, or a study or work visa valid for more than 90 days for entry into the Russian Federation, as well as citizens of the Republic of Korea who are accredited on the territory of the Russian Federation staff members of the diplomatic mission, consular office of the Republic of Korea or located on the territory of the Russian Federation international organizations; - with respect to the Republic of Korea - citizens of the Russian Federation who are entitled to stay on the territory of the Republic of Korea for more than 90 days, and citizens of the Russian Federation who are accredited on the territory of the Republic of Korea as staff members of a diplomatic mission, consular office of the Russian Federation or an international organization located on the territory of the Republic of Korea1.
