A Chinese representative refers to natural persons serving in the state service of the People's Republic of China, and/or legal entities and/or natural persons authorized by the Chinese Party and/or its authorized body (authorized bodies) to carry out joint activities and events in implementation of this Agreement, including any duly authorized representatives of the Chinese Party and/or authorized body (authorized bodies) from the Chinese Party who participate in joint activities and/or have or may have access to protected products and technologies and are under the jurisdiction and/or control of the People's Republic of China1.
