13) wine materials - spirit-containing food products with an ethanol content up to 22 percent of the volume of the finished product, produced as a result of complete or incomplete fermentation of grape berries, other fruits, grape or other fruit musts with or without the addition of concentrated grape or other fruit musts, rectified concentrated grape or other fruit musts, without the addition of ethanol, except for wine distillates, rectified wine distillates, grape distillates or rectified grape distillates, poured into production or transport packaging intended for the manufacture of alcoholic products and not intended for sale to the population;
