12.1) liqueur wine - alcoholic product with an alcohol content of 15 to 22 percent by volume of the finished product, produced as a result of complete or incomplete fermentation of whole or crushed grapes, other fruits, or grape or other fruit musts, with or without the addition of concentrated grape or other fruit musts, rectified concentrated grape or other fruit musts, without the addition of ethyl alcohol, except for wine distillate, rectified wine distillate, grape distillate, rectified grape distillate, and other fruit distillates;
