Annex
An annex is a part of a building located outside the contour of its main external walls, serving as an auxiliary structure relative to the building and having one (or more) common load-bearing walls with it. An annex may have internal access to the main building. In cases where the annex has separate load-bearing structures and meets the definition of the term "building," the annex may be considered a building located directly adjacent to another building.
