Contract for the Management of a Multifamily Residential Building
2. Under the management agreement for a multi-apartment building, one party (the managing organization) at the request of the other party (the owners of premises in the multi-apartment building, the governing bodies of housing cooperatives, the governing bodies of residential cooperatives or other specialized consumer cooperatives, or, in the case provided for in paragraph 14 of article 161 of this Code, the developer) is obliged within an agreed period for a fee to provide services and perform works related to the proper maintenance and repair of common property in such building, to provide utility services to the owners of premises in such building and to persons using premises in this building, and to carry out other activities aimed at achieving the objectives of managing the multi-apartment building
