Concession Agreement
1. Under the concession agreement, one party (the concessionaire) is obliged at its own expense to create and/or reconstruct certain property (real estate or real estate and movable property technologically interconnected and intended for carrying out activities provided for by the concession agreement) (hereinafter - the concession agreement object), ownership of which belongs or will belong to another party (the concession grantor), to carry out activities using (exploiting) the concession agreement object, while the concession grantor is obliged to provide the concessionaire with rights of possession and use of the concession agreement object for carrying out the specified activities for a period established by this agreement.

2. A concession agreement is a contract that contains elements of various contracts provided for by federal laws. The relations between the parties to the concession agreement are governed, in the relevant parts, by the rules of civil legislation on contracts whose elements are contained in the concession agreement, unless otherwise follows from this Federal Law or the nature of the concession agreement.
