Insider information
1) insider information - accurate and specific information that has not been disseminated or provided (including information constituting commercial, official, banking secrecy, communication secrecy (in the part relating to information on postal money transfers) and other protected by law secrets), the dissemination or provision of which may have a significant impact on the prices of financial instruments, foreign currency and (or) goods (including information relating to one or several issuers of securities (hereinafter - issuer), one or several management companies of investment funds, mutual investment funds and private pension funds (hereinafter - management company), one or several business entities specified in paragraph 2 of article 4 of this Federal law, or one or several financial instruments, foreign currency and (or) goods) and which relates to information included in the relevant list of insider information specified in article 3 of this Federal law;

4.2.1. Insider information is material information regarding the activities of a company, its shares and other securities, and transactions with them, which is not publicly available and whose disclosure may have a significant impact on the market value of the company's shares and other securities
