State Service of the Russian Federation
1. State Service of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as state service) - professional civil service activities carried out by citizens of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as citizens) aimed at ensuring the performance of powers:
of the Russian Federation;
of federal organs of state power, other federal state organs (hereinafter referred to as federal state organs);
of subjects of the Russian Federation;
of organs of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation, other state organs of subjects of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as state organs of subjects of the Russian Federation);
of persons holding positions established By the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws for the direct execution of powers of federal state bodies (hereinafter - persons holding state positions of the Russian Federation);
persons holding positions established by constitutions, charters, and laws of the subjects of the Russian Federation for the direct execution of powers of state organs of the subjects of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - persons holding state positions of the subjects of the Russian Federation).
