State positions - positions established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws for the direct exercise of powers of federal state bodies, public authority bodies of a federal territory, and positions established by constitutions (charter), laws of subjects of the Russian Federation for the direct exercise of powers of state bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation (lost effect as of 2026-09-30)1;
