Contribution of a comrade
1. A partner's contribution is deemed to be everything he brings into the common endeavor, including money, other property, professional and other knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as business reputation and business connections.
2. Partners' contributions are presumed to be equal in value unless otherwise follows from the simple partnership agreement or actual circumstances. The monetary valuation of a partner's contribution is carried out by agreement between the partners
