Electric kettles
Domestic electric water heaters (hereinafter referred to as kettles) are plastic containers, usually made of heat-resistant and impact-resistant food-grade material with a heating element connected via an electrical cord to the household power grid.
Leading trade marks of these products are "BOSCH", "PHILIPS", "SIEMENS", "TEFAL", "DE LONGHI", "ROWENTA", "KRUPS", "BRAUN". When manufacturing electric kettles under these trade marks, manufacturers adhere to quite strict requirements, in particular they use high-quality materials, new design solutions, and high technological control, etc. All of the above, as well as advertising costs for maintaining the brand image (positioning of the trademark), significantly affect the cost of finished products. Therefore, electric kettles produced under these trade marks are located in the highest price segment of the considered goods.
Less expensive brands are considered to be "BINATONE", "DELONI", "ELEKTA", "ALPINA", "ATLANTA", "DOMOTEC" due to a more simplified design and less stringent requirements imposed on the quality of materials and manufacturing technology.
The main technical characteristics of electric kettles are volume, which varies from 0.8 to 1.8 liters, and the power of the heating element, which ranges from 1 kW to 3 kW
