k) "capacity":
in relation to an aircraft - available load of the aircraft on a specific route or part of a route;
in relation to a contractual route - capacity of the aircraft used on this route multiplied by the frequency of flights performed by this aircraft on the entire route or part of the route over a specified period of time;
