Robbery
1. Theft, that is, open theft of another person's property, -
is punishable by compulsory work for a period up to four hundred and eighty hours, or corrective labor for a period up to two years, or restriction of freedom for a term from two to four years, or forced labor for a term up to four years, or arrest for a period up to six months, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to four years.

2. Theft committed:
a) by a group of persons acting in concert;
b) has lost its force. - Federal Law No. 162-FZ dated December 8, 2003;
c) with unlawful entry into a dwelling, premises or other storage facility;
d) with the use of violence not dangerous to life or health, or with a threat of such violence;
e) in a large amount, -

shall be subject to compulsory labour for a term of up to five years or deprivation of liberty for a term of up to seven years with a fine in the amount of up to ten thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's wages or other income for a period of up to one month or without such a fine and with restriction of freedom for a term of up to one year or without such a restriction.

3. Theft committed:
a) by an organized group;
b) in especially large amounts, -
(paragraph "b" as amended by Federal Law No. 162-FZ dated December 8, 2003)
c) has lost its force. - Federal Law No. 162-FZ dated December 8, 2003
shall be subject to deprivation of liberty for a term of six to twelve years with a fine in the amount of up to one million rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's wages or other income for a period of up to five years or without such a fine and with restriction of freedom for a term of up to two years or without such a restriction
