Objects of Federal Significance
18) federal-level objects - capital construction objects, other objects, territories that are necessary for the exercise of powers in matters assigned to the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, by the state authorities of the Russian Federation as provided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal laws, decisions of the President of the Russian Federation, and decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation, and have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Types of federal-level objects that should be depicted on the territorial planning schemes of the Russian Federation in the areas specified in paragraph 1 of article 10 of this Code are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for federal-level objects in the field of national defense and state security. Types of federal objects in the field of national defense and state security that are to be depicted on the territorial planning schemes of the Russian Federation are determined by the President of the Russian Federation;
